One of the educational activities of the Municipality of İstanbul , called “The Science Bus” came to our school on 16^th December.
In the Science Bus; introduction of renewable energy systems, experiment sets covering energy sustainability and smart cities are used and attention is drawn to the protection of the environment.
As being one of the eco schools, the sensitivity of our school on such important issues like recycling and energy saving and contents of The Science Bus have been largely matched.
If we take into consideration that the climate change is the priority agenda of all developing countries, the prototypes such as the electricity grid system, energy types, recycling, wind and solar energy applications in The Science Bus created a great opportunity to refresh our students’ awareness.
