On 8th May, our fourth-grade students had a school trip to Sancaktepe Science Centre, which was opened for visitors in 2014. Science Centre consists of planetarium, observation house and experiment units. And it works to ensure that scientific knowledge is delivered to all segments of society.

   Due to the weather conditions, our students couldn’t make some of the activities in the observation house. In the planetarium, which means planet house, after receiving a   360-degree, 3-dimensional education on the subjects, including stars, constellations, planets, and sun, they learned the science concepts practically by doing various experiments; firstly, accompanied by the teachers and then in groups in the experiment unit.
