This month, we made pencil-shaped pastries with the students of Atacan Kindergarten as part of our kitchen activity. After chatting about the structure and preparation of phyllo dough, we learned how to use the ingredients and shaped our pastries to resemble a pencil. They are now ready to be consumed. Bon appétit
